Monday through Thursday: 8 AM to 8 PM Central (9 AM to 9 PM Eastern)
Please note: Call volume is extremely high between 5 pm and 7 pm central. Some calls are routed to voice mail to alleviate long wait times. If you are routed to voice mail, please leave customer service a message and your call will be returned in the order it was received.
Friday - Sunday: Closed; Limited in-studio appointment times are available on Fridays & Saturdays, booked in advance.
FaithMinders is located in the Central Time zone (-1 hour Eastern, +1 hour Mountain, +2 hours Pacific). We make every effort to answer our phone during office hours. On occassion, we may be on another line or in the workshop when you call. If this is the case, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Snail Mail
While this is the *slowest* method of contacting us, we are more than happy to receive mail! Please allow adequate time for us to receive your mail. If you would like to visit our Inspirational Christian gifts studio in person, please call to make an appointment. Our studio is only open to the public on an appointment basis.
